Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

- 15 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml lime juice
- 75 ml whiskey

Method
------

- fill the shaker half-full with ice
- combine the syrup, lime juice, and whiskey
- shake for about 20-30 seconds

Serving
-------

Strain into a tumbler, over ice.

Alternatively, pour into martini glasses and garnish with sour cherries.
